GLASA is dynamic organization that is growing by leaps and bounds.  They need support in order to buy equipment for athletes, venues to practice, and fund travel and other expenses.  The boys and girls and men and women who become involved and are a part of the GLASA team are changed forever.  They have goals, they have support, and they have dreams of what they want to accomplish athletically and in the world.  What they accomplish on the field or on the ice translates to accomplished and independent people capable of changing and shaping our world into a better place.  GLASA creates independence and strength through sports.  These athletes are going out into the world from what they have learned from caoches and being a part of a team that they can do anything in life and there are no barriers.  They give back to society so that now the next person can be helped and the next and the next.  It is endless with opportunity.

Personally, GLASA changed my son, Ethan's life.  He went from some kid that people looked upon with some kind of physical disability with arm crutches or a wheel chair to an adaptive sports athletes super star.  He travels the country and the world competing in wheelchair track and sled hockey.  Competes with kids and adults and is shattering the way our society looks at people who have a physical disability.  He is teaching society, through GLASA, that there are no limits to what the human spirit can do.
