Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association
Brian Uhlig: Running 1 More Time for GLASA!
I am beginning to wonder if I actually like running Marathons as I embark on my 3rd marathon in a row running on behalf of The Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association. (www.glasa.org) What I do love is the support I've received from family and friends that will go towards funding for programs of individuals who are just like you and me except they have a visual or physical disability. They still want to play and compete, but they need the help of an organization and volunteers to make this happen. Today, thanks to generous supporters like you, GLASA provides programming to over 790 athletes in nearly 25 different sports and our athletes range from the recreational to the elite and everywhere in between.
Our mission is simple, "Let no one sit on the sidelines"; thank you so much for helping us make this happen for all athletes!
