Para Powerlifting Level 1 Camp Training will be conducted by Jim Greco, National Strength & Conditioning Association certified, Team USA Powerlifting Coach and previously ranked U.S. Top 20 powerlifter in the super heavyweight class. Learn competition rules, qualification standards, classification, techniques and training tips. Please wear comfortable gym attire as everyone will have the opportunity to try the Paralympic-style weight bench.
Who: Teens and adults with physical or visual disability. Ages 13+ Coaches who want to earn their Level 1 Certification. When: Sunday April 14, 2019
Noon to 4:00 PM (12-2pm classroom, 2-4pm on the bench) New lifters who do not want to attend the classroom session can register for the 2-4pm session on the bench only. Where: GLASA Office 27864 Irma Lee Circle, Unit 101 Lake Forest, IL 60045
